It i s an ancient hamlet that has been carefully and lovingly restored and is now devoted to rural tourism. This small village has its own streets and squares, shady corners, porches and passageways; balconies from where an imaginary mayor could begin his speech to commence the festivities in the square below; pots of geraniums in the windows. as you can guess it is a quiet place where time lasts a little longer than it does in the city; where one can enjoy the setting sun (and if you are an early riser some magnificent dawns where the sun rises above the early morning mist). Here we often hear the sound of birdsong and smell (especially during spring and part of the summer) a great variety of indigenous aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme and fennel.
